The Kansas City Brigade issued the following in response to the league's announcement:

If you are a current Brigade Season Ticket Holder, full refunds on the 2009 Season will be granted to all who request it. You do have the option of having your payment act as a credit for the 2010 season, if so desired. To begin the refund process, please fill out the following refund form and send to the following address:
